Hello everyone, this is Zac, a Taoist apprentice from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. I work full-time in the real estate industry, but on weekends, you’ll find me attending classes at a Taoist temple—a journey that has already spanned nearly 7-8 years.
You might wonder why I refer to myself as a "Little Taoist." The more I learn, the more I realize how vast Chinese culture truly is. Every new insight deepens my understanding of just how much there is still to explore, making me feel both humbled and small in the grand scheme of things.
Chinese culture is incredibly profound, and the more I study it, the more I am amazed by the wisdom of our ancestors. As China continues to develop, I've noticed a growing curiosity among people worldwide about our rich cultural heritage. Thanks to advancements in AI and the internet, sharing this knowledge has become more accessible than ever.
If time permits, I plan to share weekly updates on what I learn at the temple, so you can gain a deeper appreciation for these teachings. For now, I don’t have a fixed plan on which cultural topics to cover—I’ll simply write about whatever inspires me in the moment. For example, Taoism and Feng Shui.
My goal is to help people around the world gain a more accurate and insightful understanding of China's traditional culture. I’m excited to connect with fellow enthusiasts and explore the timeless wisdom of the East together!
